Osteo worked her magic today and it feels so much easier...hurrah! She reckons I'll be able to start exercising again a week on Wednesday all being well which is perfect timing for me starting "Kates summer challenge ...a few weeks after everyone else due to stupid pelvis".... Not exactly a catchy title but you get my drift!
Am shattered and about to tuRn out the light, my bio-freeze on my back is tingling like anything! Here's food|
B'fast: banana, pear, blueberries, seeds & yog
Lunch: boiled eggs, asparagus wrapped in Parma ham
Dinner: cold rare roast beef and homemade Chips, raspberries and blue berries with a bit of yog and a few nuts...yum!
