So today was the first LO-carb day of my Wave and it went ok, I did have a craving for something sweet after lunch but after some cashews and almonds it did fade. Had a wicked Pilates sesh today that was great. Gave me lots of energy that was needed as RJ was a right monkey ALLLLLLL afternoon! Meltdown and ICP complete (smashing my times!) and just gonna do a power circuits before bed.

B'fast: smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
Snack: none
Lunch: Parma ham, avocado salad
Snack: Cashews & Almonds
Dinner: Macadamia salmon, curly Kale, broccoli & cauliflower
