Forgot to post my food for the day...gone a bit fruatticstic, had a really sweet-tooth on again!
B'fast: scrambled egg, smoked salmon and lyonnaise pots from Cafe Rouge freshly squeezed OJ & rooibosh tea
Lunch: Avocado and Parma Ham
Dinner: roast beef, roast pot & parsnips, carrot & swede mash, broccoli and peas, strawbs, blueberries, almonds and yog
Snacked on grapes (loads) almonds and cashews
